"Accelerating the use of genomic technologies in Australasia"

Travel awards available for the AGTA Conference 2017!!

AGTA advocates the advancement of our students and early career researchers, the genomic technology leaders of the future. Full and part-time graduate students (PhD or Masters), as well as early career scientists (<6 years post PhD), are eligible to apply for one of seven $AU900 Travel Awards for NZ and Western Australian applicants (individuals flying from NZ or WA to attend AGTA17) and one of six $AU300 Travel Awards for Australian residents (including those from Tasmania). To be considered for this award, abstracts and accompanying details need to be submitted through the presentation portal by 3rd July 2017 (the Oral Abstract Submission Deadline). Successful awardees will be notified by 17th July 2017. Note that the deadline for early bird registration is 31st July 2017. For more information contact info@atgagenomics.org.au.
